Many of us have experiences that leave us with the belief that our thoughts and feelings are unsafe and cannot be shared. In turn, these feelings can become overwhelming and this can create feelings of stress, isolation, sadness, fear, anxiety and/or depression. How we perceive and cope with our difficult emotions will affect how we move through our individual experiences.
Emotions do not need to disappear. Regardless of their difficulty, emotions are the compass that leads us through trying times. At Third Space we believe that providing an environment to examine and explore experiences can create the potential to safely hold emotions and ultimately use them to navigate our world with a positive connection to ourselves and others.
